Native Omnichannel

Adabra has a horizontal setting. This means that the segmentation and customization engine can be shared with all communication channels (website, social networks, e-mail, store, customer service, etc.). 2.Settings and Configuration

Will Adabra integration slow down my site? Can it create speed related problems?

Absolutely no! Adabra scripts do not create problems (unlike the other platforms partially developed with server side features).
Our algorithms are invoked via JavaScript in asynchronous mode and “exist” in an isolated “Adabra” object.
For this reason, they do not cause problems or slowdowns and appear in a similar way to the famous Google Analytics scripts:
Custom Namespace: In some cases, some of our customers want to “keep” the provider of their intelligence technology secret so they asked us to customize the namespace so that they have scripts in the Web sites that do not contain but nomedusite.ext.

What is the level of personalization of my graphic elements?

At the highest level! Adabra offers two customization templates:

The second “advanced” through which you can rewrite and edit each item managed by Adabra.
